Due to a change in a customer’s requirements, Interocean American Shipping Corp. needed to quickly outfit one of our ships with enclosed space rescue equipment. A search of our regular suppliers yielded very long lead delivery conditions added to each quote. I was referred to the “Snug Harness” web site and called the sales dept. We were able to get solid, Made in USA, “French Creek” equipment in two days. The shipment was accurately addressed with the proper notes to ensure delivery to the correct shipyard holding shed. We also enjoyed an added benefit of a much lower price (~30% less) for comparable equipment. The customer was happy and there was no delay incurred by the customer. I would recommend Snug Harness and French Creek equipment without reservation for their good products, good value and good service.
